How it Works:

Everything is gluten-free and vegan. We will put an SF next to soy free foods.

We will post the menu Every Tuesday for delivery the following Wednesday.

Call or e-mail us and order your food before Friday at midnight and we will Deliver to your office or your home. Please write "Order in" in the subject line so that we can better process your order. There is a $50 minimum food order per week plus a $5 to $10 delivery charge, depending on where you live.

All of the food is delivered cold and fresh and will last at least 4 days in the refrigerator.

We buy what is local and fresh every Saturday. Some of the ingredients may change due to produce availablility.

You may be able to pick up some items at the Urban Harvest Farmer's Market. Just ask.

In addition to this you can add tamales or soup to any order.

Mac and Cheese $6 The same but without the spice.

Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage $7 Savoy Cabbage stuffed with rice and veg in a creamy dill sauce.

Hatch Green Chili -$6 This green version of traditional Texas Chili is made with Tomatillos and Hatch Green Chiles, just like they make in New Mexico

Local Peach Noodle Bowl-$6 Our rice noodle bowl with sesame cashew sauce, Roasted Onions and Local Mushrooms, Greens, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Carrots, Sprouts and fresh local Peaches.

Quinoa Bowls with Beets-$6 White and Red Organic Quinoa with a mild Poblano-Tomatillo Sauce, with French Lentils, Local Potatoes, Tomatoes, Local Beans, Green Olives and Pumpkin Seeds. (SF)
